Brackets hotel gave us a spacious room with a great view. Staff were helpful as well. Really nice to have laundry on site for a reasonable price.

Great Hotel with well appointed rooms and friendly, competent staff who spoke good English. The best thing we did was sign up for access to the executive lounge which has hors d’oeuvres and plenty of alcohol alcoholic as well as soft drinks.

Comfortable place but the service was a disappointment. I arrived into Osaka late, though it was Saturday night with live music and bar still open.
