"This hotel has great rooms for cheap prices. Our room had a complication but the hotel staff upgraded our room no questions asked and were very apologetic for the issue. 4 stars. I'd give it 5 stars if there wasn't an issue with the original room, but how the staff reacted to the issue was exceptional!"

"The house was great and in perfect condition. Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful. Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it. "

"This was perfect for our short stay in Kyoto. Room service was excellent, the rooms are a little small but it seems to be the case in Japan :) we both loved the thoughtfulness and care for all the amenities and little touches in the room and the staff were wonderful and really helpful. Having laundry in the hotel was useful although the dryer is not too strong so you may need to run multiple rounds. This place was also close to the city centre and Kyoto station despite being in a quieter...

Ein 7eleven und Lawson in Lauf Nähe. Zwei Bahnhöfe sind 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Bus Linien zu den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten ca. 5 Minuten entfernt"
