This hotel is the epitome of customer service, comfort and incredible thoughtfulness. The staff are friendly professional and courteous. The beds are comfortable and well appointed. The rooms are large clean and comfortable. With many perks like complimentary water and pyjamas. The hotel is situated in a great spot for shopping, site seeing or strolling around Kyoto. This hotel in Kyoto is a gem! Great location, clean and beautiful rooms, and excellent service. The breakfast is very good, and the on-site baths are lovely. We stayed with a toddler and found the staff very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Staffs were very nice and helpful, but the room was unexceptionable, when I opened the curtain all I saw was a wall next to the window almost within reaching, it seemed like I was in a prison, and this hotel they reused slipper, this hotel should be 2-3 stars (not 4-5 stars).
