Nice & spacious

Very spacious accommodation above a small cafe that sells delicious hotdogs. Bathroom is located downstairs next to the entrance though, while the toilet is upstairs in the apartment. There is a washing machine but no dryer, so we had to hang the laundry to dry in the bathroom. Located in a quiet neighbourhood about 15 mins from Kyoto station & 5 min walk to nearby AEON mall. It’s not a hotel, so don’t expect daily cleaning services, instead someone will come to clean the place every 2 days from 9am to 2pm.

Gorgeous Japanese apartment close to Kyoto station

We had an amazing stay in this HUGE pristine apartment!! Very newly renovated, in traditional japanese machiyu style. The beds, futon and floor mattresses were all SO comfortable! Located within a short flat walk to the train station,(10 mins approx), shopping centre, and several temples / shrines. Our host was so accommodating, and so friendly, allowing us to leave bags before and after check out. - The coffee and hot dogs in the cafe downstairs were delicious too! (and I'm not usually a hot dog fan) We would definitely stay here again!!

また泊まりたいゲストハウス！

1歳と4歳の子ども、大人3名で利用しました。ヨチヨチ歩きとベッドを飛び回る子どもたちでしたが、清潔でシンプルな作りに大人も安心して見守ることができました。 ベッドも布団もあるので、子どもの寝返りも安心です。 京都駅から歩いて移動でき、途中にはイオンを通るので、現地調達も簡単です。みそ汁の材料とおにぎりを買って、朝はキッチンで料理しました。 1日目は歩いて鉄道博物館へ、2日目はバス電車で錦市場へ。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれるので、遊んだあと宿に寄って歩き、京都駅から帰りました。 外でたっぷり遊びましたが、帰ってくるとただいまー！と言いたくなるようなリラックス空間。子どもは「こんな家がいいー」と大変気に入っていました。線路のすぐ近くで、静かにしていると音が気になる人はいるかも。でも今回は子どもにとってはそれもお気に入りポイントでした。音も寝るのに邪魔にはなりませんでした。 貸切ならではの解放感、食事時間や周りの部屋を気にしないで過ごせるのは大人にとっても最高でした。

This is such a cute little apartment. Its right near Kyoto Central station (very easy to walk there) but still a really peaceful and quiet property. We had a little trouble getting in (you need to go to the cafe to pay your city tax and then they activate your doorcode) but once we were in everything was seamless. There is a manual for everything in the apartment and there is everything you'd need- e.g. bedding, towels, a washing machine, toiletries etc. There is a single hob so you can cook and a microwave and kettle. We had such a lovely stay, the pyjamas and the lovely duvet were great touches too. Would definitely stay again.

綺麗で快適な宿！

三名で利用しました。今回の旅はタイトなスケジュールを組んでいた為、こちらに到着したのが21時前。翌朝も7時には出発。。。といった状態で、眠るだけに利用した感じでしたが、宿はとてもキレイで快適でした！冷蔵庫やお皿、湯沸かし、グラスなどなども完備してあります。夕飯は済ませていましたが、小腹が空いたので併設のカフェを利用したかったのですが、時間が遅かったので利用できず、周りにちょっと飲んで食べれるような所もないようでしたので、すぐ近くのAEONで飲み物、食べ物を調達しました。部屋はとてもキレイでゆっくりくつろげました！ベッドも快適。(1名は畳にお布団) お風呂もキレイでゆったり浸かれたので旅の疲れを癒す事ができました。もっとゆっくり利用したかったです！また京都に来る際は利用させて頂きたいと思いました！次回はカフェも！ ありがとうございました♪

Riesige Unterkunft mit sehr schöner Ausstattung

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Bahnlinie und ist nicht ruhig gelegen, aber das wussten wir vorher. Alles wirkt neu und ist in hervorragendem Zustand, es ist sehr viel Echtholz verbaut, und die sanitären Einrichtungen sind auch auf dem neuesten Stand. Reinigung ist alle drei Tage, das genügt im Grunde auch. Die Fußböden waren allerdings schon bei Anreise nicht sauber. Bahnhof und Supermarkt sind nah bzw. um die Ecke, eine Küchen-Grundausstattung ist vorhanden.

部屋は新築でとっても綺麗でした 一階がバスルームで二階に和室とリビングキッチンと寝室と洗面台、トイレがありました。 徒歩で近くにイオンモールもあるし、 観光地にも近くて、お家でもすごく快適に過ごす事ができました。 キッチンがあったので簡単な物は作れると思いますが、お鍋一つだけだったので、フライパンがあればいいのになと思いました。 後は、フロントの方も丁寧に案内して頂き、素敵な時間を過ごせました。
