"The breakfast was probably the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel and the staff was amazing so sweet. I will say the only thing that was a 7/10 was the gym because the lack of equipment and space but that’s the only criticism I have for this hotel overall amazing stay and would stay here again. "

"Our room looked liked it was not vaccumed, one of the bed sheets had a stain on it. Also, bathtub seemed to be backed up or at some point of the day, the water backs up into the tub. I only know this because I shave in the shower and I always make sure the tub is clean by rinsing it, but when i come back from an outing, theres shavings all over the tub.Our first day of housekeeping, we were not provided any towels. The staff is super friendly and nice. The staff would be the only reason why I would go back to this hotel."

"Excellent location, very clean, fairly spacious, old school rooms. Bathrooms need fans and doors that can remain open for some airflow. Safe was tricky to open. Excellent housekeeping services. The pool was lovely with large towels. Would stay here again. "

"The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We checked in quickly. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. We loved the bartender at the 15th floor bar. He was very attentive and polite. The only recommendation is that you add a restroom by the 15th floor bar for added convenience for older customers. "

"Our reservation was prepaid. When we checked in, the reservation had been changed without our permission. We were sent to the wrong room based on the incorrect reservation. Then we were shifted to the room we originally booked and the card key didn't work! Finally, when my husband went down to get it right with the front desk, we still couldn't get it! The entire sensor had to be replaced. We lost over an hour of time and were late to our ticketed event. The front desk was dismissive as though we had done this to ourselves. As Marriott members, it was a very disappointing experience."

"We walked from the airport to this hotel, which was so convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was incredibly quiet and the bed was really comfortable. My son got to do some plane-spotting, even though it was foggy. Nice staff too!"
