"Rooms were ok, surroundings areas were dirty our parking key kept not working and front desk was just straight forward with you not welcoming at all. LA it’s self was great !"

"Good: location is excellent. It’s very convenient and within easy walking distance to the Ovation shopping center, the Hollywood Theater, and many nearby attractions, which made getting around extremely easy without needing transportation. Not good: We experienced a lack of hot water multiple times during our stay—specifically around 8:00 AM in the morning and again around 9:00 PM in the evening—which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, there was a persistent loud noise throughout both the day and night. It sounded like it could be from the air conditioning or water heating system, but even when the A/C was turned off, the noise continued."
