"Very clean hotel and rooms. Staff are responsive and friendly. Would have rated this 5 star across the board except for a couple of things: on one housekeeping service, they failed to replenish toilet paper so I had to intercept a housekeeper in the hallway; second thing is that some of the rooms need touching up on things like peeling wallpaper. "

Our room had a street view, and the pub across the street did have loud-ish music that we were mostly able to mask with a white noise app. Our meals in the local restaurants ranged from good to excellent. "The hotel is in a very convenient spot, close to the malls and restaurants. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious enough for a family of four. Free parking. Cons: The elevators are pretty old, slow, and they do not function like a regular elevator does. 1 out of 3 elevator is not working during our stay. Parking: Full size SUV cannot park in the underground parking. You have to go around at the back of the hotel and look for a parking."

"Lovely spot with so many extras (for example, cookies and milk in the evening.). The room was spacious with a jetted bathtub. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet for sleeping. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the gym. Highly recommend this hotel!"
