"The Air Canada strike stranded me alone in Bogota, and this hotel was a relaxed oasis amidst the stress of finding flights to get me home. Front desk representative Jose Luis was calm, understanding and welcoming, and allowed me to check in early (I arrived at 7am) and enjoy a restorative breakfast. The hotel is large and beautifully maintained; the gym and pool were excellent stress relievers. Excellent club sandwich from room service, and there's also a well-stocked small grocery store across the street. It's about a 20-30 minute ride from the airport depending on traffic, but worth it. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent location. Close to Monserrat tourist attraction, universities. Walking Distance to the gold museum, and palacio de Nariño. Excelente breakfast, free transportation to the airport and very close to the American Embassy. "
