"The beach access was the only part of this stay that I genuinely enjoyed. Beyond that, the experience was extremely disappointing. I was checked into an unclean unit, moved to another room that also had cleanliness problems, and spent valuable time addressing issues that should never occur in properly managed accommodations. Nothing about the stay matched the level of service or comfort I expected"

"The hotel is nothing like what you see on the pictures. The elevator floors were broken, Cleaning staff ONLY come once every 3 days. The rooms were not perfectly clean. Water clogging at the bath. Small rooms, broken digital clocks. Old TVs connected to cable that did not work. Pictures can be shared upon request. I didn't experience the outdoor pool. When asked for to extend for a day, I was told to book it online via 3rd party - as it was cheaper. The way it was explained seemed like they did not want to do it."
