"Our room (Room 1) was clean and generously spacious with a private outside seating area. The bed was comfortable and the air con worked well. The communal areas of the property are very lovely and well-kept. The lady who cooked breakfast was very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here and would happily recommend. However, a couple of things to note - only by chance did we ask if it was ok to leave the car on the street overnight and we were strongly advised not to. It would have been far more helpful to have been given that advice at check-in with instructions where to park. The other point - well in advance of our stay I had booked a tour through the hotel for 4.10 on our date of arrival and the tour had been confirmed by the hotel. However, our guide did not show and we were told he was coming - in 5 to 10 mins, maybe 15 and we lost faith anyone would come so we then had to make other arrangements but no apology was offered."

"Room was spacious, hotel is beautiful and rooms are clean. Staff was wonderful and food is delicious. Hot water is a major plus. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay again! "

"The staff is so friendly and accommodating! We booked the airport shuttle through the hotel and were worried we were going to miss it because our flight got delayed 5 hours. Turns out they track your flight and wait for you, even in the middle of the night! Typically costs $50USD or $55USD if odd hours (we ended up getting in around 3am). The driver was so friendly and even gave us a little history on the town as we were driving in. Once we arrived staff who checked us in was also super friendly! The AC works great, but keep in mind there’s no hot water in the bathrooms. The property is GORGEOUS and the pool is stunning with an open view of the sky and the church across the street. The hotel is also in a central location for walking to shops and a little flea market our driver told us about. The downstairs cafe drinks and food were also good. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay here longer! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Estrada! The staff were all very welcoming, kind, and friendly. They help us arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel prior to our trip, which was extremely helpful and reasonably priced. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect and allowed us to walk to plenty of things. We would definitely recommend staying here. "

"We had a lovely stay. Very convenient location to explore Granada. The grounds of the hotel are picturesque - walkways that overlook the pool and have nice decor. It was really nice staying here. The owners and staff are wonderful. Parking is easy. Breakfast was a great tradition Nicaraguan breakfast. "

"The Breakfast was good they only have two types of breakfast when is included in the room it was good. The air conditioning was perfect specially with the heat it cool the room fast. The only thing there was no hot water and they should change the shower head not much water comes out."

"I loved staying at this hotel. The room was very clean and we had wonderful views from our balcony. They cooked the best breakfast Ive had in my many trips to Nicaragua. I will stay here every time I visit Granada."
