"The parking was extremely convenient and safe. It was located right by our room and the front lobby. All of the staff were very kind and friendly. The location was just across the street from the beach. We enjoyed walking along the walkway above the beach with great views of the sea lions and many different kinds of sea birds!"

"Wonderful hotel with the perfect location! Close to restaurants/shops and coffee shops. Be sure to walk down the beach to Caroline’s Beach Cafe. Delicious food and beautiful view. Hotel staff were so nice and did a wonderful job of cleaning our room daily. Due to current renovations, we were upgraded to an ocean front room at no extra charge. Beautiful! We would definitely recommend this hotel. We will be back. "

"I had to change rooms because the first room had mildew in the shower and the heat was not working. The second room had a loose faucet and knobs in the bathroom sink and they had to come and fix it. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls."
