"We were there for the Miramar Airshow. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The sofa was a little worn on the sides, but everything else looked good. Beds and pillows were comfortable and bathroom was very clean with ample soaps, lotions, and hair care products. The parking spots are extremely narrow and someone bumped my rear passenger side bumper and left a nice dent. Breakfast and Happy Hour were very good. The bartender, Joel, in the Indulge restaurant and bar was absolutely incredible. He truly provided 5 Star service. My only complaint is that unleashed dogs were walking around in the dining area where breakfast was being served. I don't think that dogs should be allowed in areas where people are eating. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would stay there again."

"The hotel was beautiful and the location was fantastic. However, half the building is under construction and it begins at 7 AM on weekdays (equipment and supplies will start to be delivered earlier then that as well). we wanted the ocean view so we were at the front of the building so it was constantly loud. Of the 4 nights we stayed, 3 nights had weddings on the roof that went till 10, but that didn't stop the wedding party from continuing. If you're looking for something more relaxing this probably isn't the place but if you want to be right on the water and walkable to everything in La Jolla this is perfect!"

The food servers use the same stairway as the guests so be sure to peak around the corners for plates of appetizers or entrees coming up the stairs. The location was perfect for the event that I was attending as well as the proximity to the beach, park, shops and restaurants."
