"The staff was really great. We did the check-in with Costanza, who was very nice, knowledgeable, and welcoming. We felt very comfortable immediately. The room was clean, a bit small and comfortable. The breakfast was really good with many different choices for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay at this hotel again and really everyone in the staff really enjoyed great including this lady in the office behind the reception, probably the manager of the hotel, was really nice and making sure the guest was very pleased. Great job River Hotel. I recommend this great establishment close to every place in Firenze."

"The accommodation is very good value for money. Nice facilities. The food in the restaurant is excellent and at a very reasonable price. Just one small complaint. We arrived in a torrential downpour, but had to wander around the site in the dark looking for our chalet. I thought a little buggy to help travellers would be a good idea."

"Lovely hotel, room was comfortable with all amenities you could need. The spa was very nice and a little getaway inside Florence. We were able to book the Spa and have it for ourselves even in the middle of summer. Breakfast and pool are great. We opted to use the bikes they provide to get to town, the hotel is right on a bike path and it is a straight shot to get to the city center. Great location but still far enough that it is quiet, and we had wonderful little sunset bike rides into town by the river. Highly recommend the staff are wonderful."
