The hotel is breathtaking, the manager and room swrvice staff were very attentionate. we felt like it is personalized care in that hotel. really great team.
the food can be little bit better, compared to the gorgeousness of the hotel, we think the food can be better.

Disappointed by the room
Service was good with a special mention for the bistrot staff which was especially great. Main problem was with the room, it was next to some sort of engine room so it was noisy at night. Additionally the room was on a separate building which means we had to make a short walk out in the cold to the main building for breakfast, dinner, SPA etc. Which was even worse for my heavily pregnant partner who had to wear scarf and jacket every time. Room wasn’t particularly impressive and the mattress was lightly collapsed in the middle. The SPA was very good. We are now spending two nights at the QC terme Monte Bianco and is much better.
Not a 5 star hotel service as lots to improve from soar treatment to restaurante service. All issues raised with the hotels director and hopefully the improvements will follow soon
Our fourth stay, just for one night. We always make a point of staying if we are nearby. Superb location, attractive rooms, excellent evening meal and breakfast. We upgraded our stay to a room with a exit onto a balcony / terrace but it was tucked down beside the wall for the swimming pool so a little dark and disappointing.
Because we have been back several times the staff were very kind and gave up a bottle of sparking wine which was very thoughtful of them.
I have stayed in many 5 star properties, but have not received the level of attentiveness nor service as we have experienced at the Mont Blanc Hotel Village. The staff are truly experts at performing their respective jobs. I am literally the pickiest person when it comes to customer service and not only could I not find fault with anything here, it all exceeded my very high expectations. I am truly impressed.
The accommodations are lovely in their traditional vibe, but with all of the necessary amenities (modern bathroom features, etc.). The chef is obviously skilled and the menu is very northern Italy.
We have not explored the little village of La Salle as we have driven to Courmayeur to skate and ski during the day. Courmayeur is lovely and I can’t say enough about the Courmayeur Sport Complex ice rink and coaches. It was amazing being able to travel to Europe and continue my training by working with Marika Poli as my “on the road” figure skating coach. We will certainly return and bring the kids next time!
