"Weird smell"

"The lobby is not 24 hours, so just be aware if you are getting in late - you will have to ring a doorbell and have someone stumble out of bed to help you. Their parking lot is TINY, making it very hard to park & maneuver, especially if you have a lot of luggage. The hotel is nice, but we were happy to be having a short stay."

"The resort was beautiful. If you are traveling just to get away, they have a lot to do on the resort itself. Villa suite was huge, beautiful, and clean. Downside is upon checking in at around 8pm, there was a HUGE line to check in that lasted over and hr long. "

"We’re not able to check- in till after 5pm, was too late for pool they close at 7 pm , got charged for a pool view and didn’t get that, only got Mountain View.. requested North Tower staff said was sold out, put us in Dive_IN area at very end.. was a lot of noise all night long, in the shower the conditioner contact didn’t work.. was not very happy this time…"

"It was a rough start at first. We were very pleasantly surprised by the grace we were extended by the well mannered staff at the Apple Tree Inn. After going over our reservation with the owners of the inn, it was proven that Expedia had misrepresented the accommodations, both size and occupant capacity. As we had more than just ourselves staying, it was a welcome relief when we were given two separate rooms instead of the misappropriated single queen bed unit at no extra charge. The Apple Tree Inn is very clean, very comfortable, very accommodating. Highly recommend!!"

"Had an awesome stay here! We were surprised by an upgrade when we checked in (thank you so much Robert!) and had a great view of the valley and mountains. The breakfast which was included was great. Will definitely sta here again."

"Couldn’t find switch to turn on hot tub jets. On of the pillows should have been replaced and the tv signal was cutting out. Because of the location of the room, it took several minutes for the shower to get warm. Other than the pillow, these are what I call first world Problems. The property itself is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is a beautiful location. The rooms themselves are the perfect blend of rustic and luxury. This is my second visit and there will be more. The problems that I mentioned are small and resolvable. If you want a unique experience and amazing scenery, this is the place."
