"Room was ok, a little dusty, I by mistake booked smoking instead of nonsmoking, the staff at the check did not help in any way to try in place me and my kids in a nonsmoking room stating that is what I booked, didn't even bother to check if it could be changed. I did like that the room had a window I could open so that helped a little. Pool area is kind of small where the kids are allowed, not a lot of seating area unless you are renting a cabana or a day bed, absolutely no outside food is allowed, I was trying to bring my kids fruit to snack on and that was not allowed. Other than that we had a great time. No parking fees or resort fees."

"Told we were getting a golf course view - they put us in a basement room with no view whatsoever, the view was a window well. The kid activities are not free, everything is an additional fee. We were also told housekeeping was coming on the third day of our stay, they did not show up. The fire alarm kept going off after we showered unless we kept the bathroom door shut. "
