Great Location and Independence

Great stay in La Spezia . Very well located. Keep in mind thrse are Rooms and not a 'Hotel' in the sense of staff around and Reception. Your are provided the key and information then left to your own devices. It suited me.

Fint overnattingssted, men dårlige senger

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold i La Spezia. Rommene er store og av relativt grei standard. Rent og pent. Kjøleskap og aircondition. Sengen var derimot svært dårlig, og vi kunne kjenne fjæringene i ryggen da vi skulle sove.

Sehr gut gelegen. Habe bei der Schlüsselübergabe auch sehr ausführlich Informationen erhalten. Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend, wenn man eine Unterkunft sucht und die Umgebung erkunden will. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Haus sind allerdings sehr hellhörig.

Good location, property was clean, check-in was easy. Approx 12 mins walk to/from La Spezia Centrale train station. Nicola, who checked us in, was very helpful and gave good advice to see Portovenere.

Bon emplacement pour les 5 Terres

Jolie chambre, très propre, très bien située (entre la gare et le port et à deux pas du centre animé). La porte d'entrée mériterait un peu d'huile pour se faire discrète. Difficile de se garer dans la rue mais un parking gratuit est disponible à 1km environ. Très bonne clim, extrêmement silencieuse.

Basic room for rent. Convenient walking distance to train and harbor. Owners very helpful, but check in was bit awkward since rooms are different location from "staff." Parking non existent unless you request private garage, which worked out fine. Overall, good place.

The room was super nice, simple but modern and with all the necessary facilities. Best part was the help from the staff that is composed by the members of the family, super friendly and there to help for any necessity. Very suggested!!

Ottima posizione per visitare anche le 5 Terre!

We favoloso alle Cinque Terre! Camera pulita, confortevole, facile da raggiungere e a due passi dalla stazione. Utilissimi i consigli di Nicolò, proprietario dell’affittacamere, il quale ci ha indicato di visitare i vari paesi prendendo il treno, davvero comodissimo! Consigliatissimo!

Awesome hotel! Highly Recommended!

Absolutely fantastic apartment style hotel. We booked out all 3 rooms as I was travelling with my girlfriend and her family. Rooms are lovely, modern and spacious. Fast Wi-fi and quiet. No kettle which was a pity but not that important as there are plenty of coffee shops. Supermarkets, takeaway pizza shops and the Main Street are within minutes of this hotel. Would very highly recommend it. La Spezia itself is ok, not too much to do and we spent most of our time in the 5 villages (short train journey away) or in Portoverne (20 minute bus) both of which were breath taking!

Sin duda recomendamos el alojamiento!

Es un alojamiento perfecto para visitar Cinque Terre y la costa ligure. Esta cerca del tren y del embarcadero para poder moverse. A 10 m andando hay parking gratuito que muy amablemente te indican en el alojamiento. La habitacion es moderna , comoda y muy limpia. Calidad/ precio fantastica
