Nice stay in strategic posotion

Giulia was super nice and provided us with great recommendations to get the most out of this trip. Parking was a bit tricky in this area, but Giulia sent us to a large parking lot 5 mins away that had available spots most of the time. Overall a great stay. Cash is recommended.

It was pefect except for the fact that I would pay in cash and the bill was charged from my credit card before my check in. But the B&B is next to the station 5 minutes walking and very clean and confortable!

Good service and location

Received a warm welcome from Julia who gave helpful advice re: transport and attractions. Room was clean and spacious enough for a lone traveller. Breakfast around the corner was nice too. Internet was fast. Hot water would turn lukewarm and eventually cool after ~10 mins which is probably a good thing for someone that tends to overstay their welcome in the shower haha. The only issue was soundproofing. I was able to hear the next-door conversations quite clearly and I felt very conscious of the music/videos that I was playing. Perhaps bring headphones if you’re worried about disturbing other guests. Oh and the lift door requires a key to unlock so you might struggle to get your luggage to the third floor when you first arrive. Would suggest ringing in advance to check that someone’s able to let you in and help you with luggage if you’re not travelling light. Location wise, literally next to the central station and a short walk to the port (I appreciate your definition of “short” depends on your mobility). Overall a nice experience and would stay here again.

Very good value for the money. Excelllent timely indication for late entry. Agreable owner. Close to train station, use elevatoRby the station. As there in no front desk, luggage storage may be more practical at the train station ( €5 per piece). Simple but nice breakfast at closeby bars.

Exceeded expectations

Kindest, warmest hosts! Really went out of there way for our family of six. Very modern and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. We were surprised by how much we love La Spezia and it's shops and cafes. Absolutely loved it here!

We arrived late the first night but followed Giulia's directions (a bit complicated with the elevator) and made it to our room with no problems. She gave us helpful advice on visiting the Cinque Terre (do not miss Portovenere, and take the boat on the way out and the train on the way back).

Wonderful host and great location

Im an asian girl travelling Italy alone. Giulia and her husband has awesome hospitality. I was really sick so they called me a doctor too. Rooms are tidied up everyday The location is great for anyone looking for relatively affordable accomodation outside of cinque terre. The villages are very accessible by train in LaSpezia. Supermarkets are 3 min and 10min walk away

Ótimo hotel para um bate e volta em Cinque Terre.

O hotel fica bem próximo à estação de trem, muito conveniente para quem quer visitar Cinque Terre. O quarto é silencioso, acolhedor e agradável. O café da manhã é no bar (café) bem em baixo do hotel. A cidade de La Spezia é muito bonita, vale a pena dar uma volta para conhecer.

Fantastico

È stupendo quando alla bellezza del viaggio che intraprendi ti capita di soggiornare in un posto bello, pulito e accogliente! Perché questo è "La Branda", comodità e cortesia. Per ciò che abbiamo pagato ci è stato riservato in trattamento che difficilmente ti viene offerto in una qualsiasi altra pensione. Davvero magnifico, posto consigliatissimo

séjour agréable en centre ville même si les petits déjeuner (légers: un café et un croissant) sont pris dans des cafés à l'extérieur. Dommage que nous n'ayons eu qu'un seul contact avec les propriétaires, à l'arrivée.
