"I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Paris near the Eiffel Tower. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the tower, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The amenities were good as well, and everything felt well looked after. "We were initially moved to this property because are first booking was "invalid" due to a synchronization problem with Expedia that created a double booking. The lift was not working, and we had to carry 6 pieces of heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor. Overnight we were bitten by bed bugs (I will provide photographs in another formal complaint). Our very tight schedule to visit Paris was completely disturbed by the inconveniences we experienced.We have requested for some compensation. "
