"Location was great and staff was friendly. Hotel needs some upgrades. WIFI WAS a big problem ,we ask them about the first day we arrived and they promised to fix it,but unfortunately they never DID IT. "

It made exploring the city both convenient and magical. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. Waking up to such an exquisite view of the Arc de Triomphe felt like living a true Parisian dream. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the warmth and professionalism of the team. Alex and Theo ensured that everything was seamless from the moment I arrived. Abdauleye always welcomed me with the kindest smile, even when I returned late at night, making sure I felt safe and cared for at all times. On my last day, Mar brightened my morning with her cheerful energy and a delicious breakfast recommendation before heading to the airport — the perfect ending to a wonderful stay. The hospitality at Hotel Plaza Étoile is genuine, thoughtful, and deeply memorable. Paris felt even more special because of the warmth I experienced here."

"There was an empty glass water bottle on the ground in-front of my door upon check in. The room didn’t seem like it was just cleaned. I paid a lot of money for 1night for an Eiffel Tower view room. The view is obstructed and I wish it would have detailed that in the description because I would’ve booked somewhere else. The front of the property is under construction so it’s very loud. "
