Arriving late on an international flight, the convenience of the shuttle bus from Terminal 2 was a welcome relief. Even though our visit was a quick turnaround – arriving late one night and departing the following afternoon – the staff made us feel like valued, long-term guests. Their attentiveness and genuine warmth were truly remarkable. The hotel offers a convenient golf cart service to navigate the grounds and reach the dining options swiftly. While locating the collection point upon check-in could have been clearer, this minor detail didn't detract from the overall positive experience. For us, the standout features were the excellent facilities and the incredibly spacious and clean rooms. After a long journey, having such a comfortable and well-maintained space to relax in was exactly what we needed. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently kind and helpful, contributing significantly to our positive impression. And the breakfast buffet? Absolutely exceptional! The variety and quality of the offerings were truly impressive. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming hotel for a short stopover in Kuala Lumpur, particularly with its proximity to the airport, I wholeheartedly recommend Sama Sama Hotel KL. "A tucked away hotel on the lake. Beautiful views of the lake. Decent gym woth dumbells, kettle bells, and bands. The restaurant was a rotating buffet for meal times. Many options for food. The pool was on top of the building with access to sunm a great stay away from the bustle of KL"

"A beautiful property overlooking the nearby park and with a view of the distant KL skyline. Super convenient with IOI City Mall just down the road. We are a family with a toddler and found the swimming pool and mini water park very enjoyable. The room looks newly refurbished, we loved how spacious it was and the small table and seating sofa which was a cosy space for our toddler to play her toys on. The only thing was that the entryway was a bit narrow so pushing luggage and a stroller through was tight. Breakfast had a wide selection, I particularly enjoyed the salad section and sweet treats available. The omelette is one of the tastiest in a hotel I've had. Overall a very enjoyable stay!"

"This place is horrible. Sheets are all full of stains. Shower is full of mold. Towels are full of stain. Horrible, horrible. It was a transfer night for us and we wanted to be close the the airport. This place was rated as 3 stars. If it Wanstead’s late at night, and I had checked the beds first, I would just leave and give up what I paid for another place. Unfortunately it was too late and the grab driver was gone. "
