Just because you arbitrarily decide that the customer paid too little, it's bad business practice and unprofessional to demand more money making the paid customer feel like either they pay you more money or they won't have access to internet restored.

"The pool is large and enough space to move around. The gym was a bit small so choose your time wisely. The spa and staff were friendly and extremely helpful and caring. There is an airport shuttle but it runs every two hours in the evening. It’s near an outlet and raceway which was our main destinations during this trip."
