Villas in Labuan Federal Territory

Very good service. Need to improve on security. Noticed that anyone can go up to rooms via basement car park. And there's no card slot for elevator.

Clean room and Comfortable bed and accessibility. Within 400m to Centre.

Nice and quiet hotel. Close to airport within 5 mins by car.

Will stay here whenever I am in Labuan. Rooms are spacious and hotel condition is still good. Convenient for local food around the area with mini-marts for any last minute purchases. Only wish is for the cable TV to be reinstated. Channels available are rather limiting now. Wifi also tends to drop-off and does interrupt work .

Second time staying here. Absolutely love the view and the beach of this hotel. Definitely worth travelling a bit further out to get this experience. Staff were incredibly helpful and remembered me from my last stay, having my room ready before I even arrived. Will definitely stay again. My only complaint is the food at this resort, although I've heard the wood fired pizza is excellent, it wasn't available during my stay.

Convenient location, with many coffeeshops around it, and a convenience store.
