"I am working in Kamloops. Stayed in this hotel for few weeks. Not fancy, but good. I pick up corner rooms and stay there. Quiet. Rooms are clean. Bed, mattress and pillows are good. I was told mattresses were replaced recently. Small kitchenet is a nice to have for extended stay. Parking is big and easy. Personnel is great and very helpful. Shubham is taking care of any issues. Give him a rise. Breakfast has boiled eggs, cereal, yogurts, pastries, bagels, fruits, coffee, juice, but no meat. Few good restaurants are near by. Recommend Twelvefifty across the street. Arigato Sushi is my favorite. Kimchee is good too. Also Fresh St. Market store deli has good soups selections. For the price and service, I will stay here again."

"Checked us out of the room a day early with no notice, checked us in again and incurred a another 150 security deposit. Staff manager says she would email me to explain what happened, never does. Overall, great hotel, horrible staff."
