"Bon séjour dans l’ensemble et bel appartement. Cependant, nuisances sonores provenant des autres appartements en soirée et la nuit, et également une literie peu confortable (ressorts du matela)."

"In addition to the property being stunning, everyone was so kind and helpful. The food was amazing… homemade and delicious. Our children loved the terrace. Great spot for families. "

"We were only able to stay one night, but our night at the Vallombrosa vineyard was very peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and kind and were gracious to bring me some emergency supplies. Although the property lies in a beautiful setting, it’s important to note that it takes at least 30 minutes to get to Lugano and the lake by car. I also have a couple suggestions to make the room even better:
-Provide a properly functioning coffee machine (Ours only produced 1-2 tablespoons of coffee. Maybe...

"Giuseppe and his little bed and breakfast was a breath of fresh air! I recommend staying in a little town near the “main 3” Lake Como cities. Lierna was a perfect place to stay. This little B&B is convenient to the train station and water walkway. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the company and recommendations. "

"The staff at the hotel were all SO wonderful and kind and helpful. The ladies at the front desk helped us with all of our needs. From bus schedules to things to do.
The room itself was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a king sized bed (which is rare in Europe).
Breakfast every morning was delicious.
The location is perfect.
Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"
"The room seemed a bit dated but some renovations had happened to the bathroom. The room was clean and bed was nice.
The breakfast was worth getting with a decent selection and views of the lake available.
The gym was fairly decent however some of the machines needed some maintenance due to issues with the cables when using.
Staff were helpful when we had questions and called a taxi for us on departure. "
"The hotel was cute, with good views from the restaurant. The staff was nice. It is up on the hill, so the town is not easily accessible. What is not listed, and should be, is how to get to the hotel. Uber, Lyft, public transportation was not an option for us. But, I called the hotel and they have a free shuttle. There was nothing on the listing as it would have been helpful to know. The shuttle is free and takes you to and from town."
"Terrible hotel. My mattress was old, and I ended up sleeping while sliding into a concave dip in the middle of it. The towels were awful. I requested the “to go” breakfast for 5 AM (as suggested by a sign at the reception), since I would be leaving before the hotel’s breakfast service started, but there was no breakfast box waiting for me. On top of that, the room’s light switches didn’t work properly and I had to sleep with the lights on. A total nightmare."
