"Room very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Pools were very clean and sun beds clean and comfortable. Wi-fi was excellent. But T.V. Was very complicated to find a channel that worked. Airport shuttle driver was knowledgeable and friendly, was excellent service. I would recommend and will stay a few days longer next year."

"The room was actually cleaner the day after we arrived than it was on the day we checked in, which was disappointing and not the standard we expected. The television in our room also did not work the entire stay. We reported the issue to the service desk several times each day, but an IT technician didn’t come until the night before we checked out. When you book a room, you expect the amenities to work. We were told they tried to call us, but we shouldn’t have to stay in the room all day waiting for maintenance while we’re on vacation. We should be able to enjoy the beach and the resort, not sit around waiting for someone to fix a television. At night we like to relax and watch local shows after a long day, and unfortunately we didn’t get to do that during our stay. Overall, it was frustrating and not the experience we expected."

"Clean room, friendly staff for the most part. The people that ran the pedal boats and kayaks were a little frustrating one day otherwise everyone was super friendly. Beautiful beach. Snack bar left something to be desired "
