"I had the room at the front of the building. The room was spacious, with two huge windows, so plenty of light. The view is good at eye level and above. It was well decorated and pleasant. On the down side, it overlooks the main road so is rather noisy. During the day, it's a continuous drone, so it fades into the background. At night, earplugs! These are kindly provided. Be aware, the other rooms face onto a wall."

"Avoid this place. Check-in was difficult in the dingy reception, which looked like a dump, as the elderly lady had no idea I was coming. Finally she understood, but asked if I had already paid, which I had.Room was up 4 flights of stairs. Big room but walls covered in dark wood, only one small window, very dingy.Bed was lumpy, shower good & hot, only one plug socket away from the kettle,light switches on the other side of the room from the bed. "Been to Thailand 7 times lots of places this is probably one of the best resorts grounds was perfect on the beach TV had good channels only compliant was the bed was as hard as a board woke up stiff everyday."

"I would rate this excellent,but the staff fell apart at the fact I had to check out a day earlier. I told them on check out especially to ensure I had transportation and the time needed. I checked the night before and the guy on duty at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. He wrote a note, yet the next day I called 3 times for baggage assistance telling them I’m checking out, before deciding to take the bags down my self and then the front desk was surprised I was checking out. Then my car came and I had to wait until they checked the property to make sure nothing was outstanding. The property is big. There are two pools one with a waterfall and a waterslide. The other outside the main restaurant, but there are 3 restaurants at the resort. Why was baggage assistance a big deal. We stayed in the deluxe suite at the top of the hill. Each day we’d have to catch the shuttle at least going up, because it was a trek. Outside of that the property is great for families or a Romantic getaway. It is about a 20 minute ride from the bustle of patong beach and its nightlife. You could walk if you were so brave. All facility and rooms were very clean. Turn down service and water replenishment daily."

The staff were super friendly. Definitely would recommend and return with the family as this visit was a couples getaway vacation"

"Loved my stay here. Hotel is wonderful and a nice calm paradise in the middle of Patong. Room was just right and my stay at the serenity pool was wonderful and not too many children, children are lovely but l enjoyed the calmer atmosphere it provided. Multiple pools give lots of options to vibe how you like and lots of other amenities available, its is certainly well catered to both families and adult travellers looking to get away. Staff wonderful and very helpful. Rooms just feel nice to be in and there was a deep soaking bath which was certainly a lovely add on after a big day touring. I loved the scents of the hand wash etc and appreciated the scented diffusers all through the hallways, a lovely touch. Lots of breakfast variety. As expected restaurants are hotel prices but lots of great options if you just want to relax for the evening. Location right in patong so everything is accessible out your front door. Patong beach is not the best Thailand has to offer but lots of people enjoying the beach and swimming and doing water activities. I highly recommend this hotel, l just cannot fault it at all. Highly recommend."
