"Opened room door and a cockroach was on the bed. The elevator smelled bad. The attendant took a long time to come and do check in there was no sign to call or ring a bell."

"Nice property, kept clean, fair breakfast, nice rooms to work on nice desks and relax. The main issue is that they were understaff, but the existing staff did not do anything extra. Non e at the front desk after 11:00 pm. Was more important for them to socialice with peers than the customers in front of them. "

"2 adults 2 kids and we had plenty of room. Thoughtful layout. Gym had what I needed. Wish we had more time to check out the fire pit and use the outdoor grills. Breakfast was good. "

"This room was so accommodating. The kitchen setup is livable. So much bettet than typical hotels. There was stuff for dishes, fridge & freezer, and all the basics you can think of. Can opener, collender, plates, wine glasses, cups. I enjoyed it."

"Waited 2 day's for a return phone call reguarding check in. Tv in bedroom didnt work. I had to call them several times and they still didnt do what they said about checkin concerns. It also seemed like the premium room upgrade that i was promised then finally given was not as good as the cheaper room. It just seemed like something else to worry about. No tv in a $200 a night room?"
