"A wonderful hotel, with great facilities and very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is spotless, the

large enough to do laps and windows can be opened if you want to for fresh air. It's a 5 minute walk to the lake which is beautiful and 10-15 minute walk to the closest supermarket although there are small shops closer for food, drinks etc. I was upgraded to a larger room/ suite due to the noise above my room. The room on the 12th Fl had a balcony and overlooked the lake and city. ...

"Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!"
