"We liked the food at Clark Diner on site but the hours were kind of limited for the days of our stay. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows! Even though there is a lot of traffic we slept well due to the beds."

"Very comfortable stay, especially after a long day at universal studios. Great customer service. The room was clean and modern. There is a shuttle that takes you to the park and city walk, but you can also easily walk there in 10 minutes. The metro subway is also a quick 5 to 10 minute walk as well. "

"Staff was very nice, especially the ladies at the morning complimentary breakfast room and the reception desk. Location was good, but when activities were happening at the Bowl, the traffic was terrible; hard for UBER to get to the hotel. Only one elevator was working the entire time we were there. A bit noisy, even with room towards the back of the property. Immediate surrounding areas not attractive. "
"I was really impressed with the convenience and cleanliness of this hotel. We enjoyed the covered parking even though we walked and took the shuttle to Universal Studios. On the Internet, some mentioned that it wasn’t close to anything, but we drove easily to Griffith Park Griffith, Observatory stars walk of fame Price is right and felt it was very easy and close."

"We really enjoy staying at the Hotel. Hotel is very nice, clean and smells really good. Front Desk people are very nice, accommodating and very friendly. Area is walking distance to Universal Studio and City Walk. Free juice and coffee. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. My only complaint is that the room is too dark. "
