"Room was clean, staff was attentive and helpful. All the property listings said a hot/full breakfast was included. First morning we were told that there weren’t enough guest so there was only continental breakfast. There was very limited fruit and stale danish. Single serving cereal was the best thing available. Second morning there was a full breakfast but everything was cold. Biscuits were hard, pancakes were cold and so hard I had to cut with a knife. Even the gravy was cold and had the consistency of oatmeal. Would highly recommend NOT purchasing room with breakfast. "

"No ice bucket. No wash cloths. Accessible room without a hand held shower nozzle. Handicapped parking on the other side of the drive. Staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable. "

"The heater made an awful sound after being on for a little while, it was super cold in the room when I got there so it took forever to heat it up The hot water didn't really get too hot but it was warm enough to take a shower. My biggest issue was when I arrived The website claims the price you see is the price you pay but when I got there I was told I had to pay $100 deposit that I would receive back when I left didn't see anything about that on the website before I booked it All in all I'd say is about a four out of 10 experience maybe a three out of 10 and that's just because it was clean"

"The Herren House is historic and meets all of the charm of a house that old. The location was absolutely perfect to walk to town for shopping and meals. It was very clean but dated. The check-in was seamless, automated, but impersonal. The room was spacious but chilly. Additional blankets and a rug or drapes to close would add to the warmth. I'd stay there again but plan on the chilly room better."
