"Great property by old town. I had a Lakeview room which was wonderful. I cut my foot on some broken glass in the room which was unfortunate but otherwise nice facility."

"The surrounding area was very nice and the room, though somewhat small, was quiet for an urban area. The breakfast was outstanding. We would stay again if we revisited Bern."

"The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very clean during our stay. When we asked for changing rooms because we prefer two twin beds, the staff in the front desk said there was a room available the next day without extra charge. The location of the hotel is close to the train station, so all the tourist attractions are within walking distance. Its also convenient for traveling to Interlaken for day trip. "
