"Great room with everything we needed, including a L’or coffee machine which was just what I wanted waking up! Good location and perfect for seeing the whole of Lausanne, easy transport links for bus, train, and metro right outside! It’s busy outside but not noisy, which was good! "

"Great location in Bern near to the train station and right in the centre of Bern's Old Town. The staff were helpful especially Charles who helped with restaurant bookings and other queries. The rooms were nice and cleaned to a a very good standard. I would highly recommend staying here."

"The staff was helpful at check in and the water dispenser including sparkling water on each floor was a bonus. Location was good for those wanting to be away from Bern train station and Old Town, being a minute away from a bus/tram stop. A major problem is the chaos at breakfast time where there was hardly any seat."

"It would be nice to have a bigger fridge. There was no coffee maker and not enough garbage cans. (They were tiny). The steam room was not working and the pool gone. (Under renovation). The restaurant had limited selection and no late night options. The room was good but we were next to elevator. The hair dryer plug doesn’t fit in socket and the sink didn’t drain."
