"The room was very spacious and clean, the staff were super helpful and the pools were very fun! The location wasn’t too far from the different Disney theme parks which was a nice perk. The only thing I didn't like is that the room had an electrical issue where the breaker kept popping therefore shutting down the entire room, their maintenance guy had to show us how to fix the switch so that every time it popped we could just do it ourselves rather than have to call through our cell and wait in the dark for someone to show up."

"Clean room and amenities and close to theme parks. Parking is available but difficult to find if you spent the day at theme parks and arrive back to the resort late. Check-in and check-out takes longer than majority of other hotels."

"Lost power, no wi-fi for days. Made spa appointments for three people, got to the appointment and told they could only take two while the third person had to wait. Maid cleaning the next room early in the morning constantly slammed the door no less than 20 times going in and out of the room. Tried to talk us into going to a presentation for a time-share. Parking charges of $30/day which we were not made aware of until arrival."

"The DRURY in Orlando was a great stay for my husband and I. The hotel offers a great full hot buffet breakfast. There is also a 2 hr evening relaxing complimentary drink break. There's a huge welcoming pool with an excellent pool bar serving food and delicious drinks.The hotel offers shuttle rides to nearby Disney theme parks and Disney Springs. The room we had was large and very comfortable. The desk manager Shawn Patrick Kelly was so welcoming and pleasant to us and to EVERYONE WHO HE SAW! I overheard Shawn speaking to a non-English speaking guest through google translate on his phone...he made the guests feel very comfortable and he even offered to order them a rideshare from his phone when they needed to go out. This is truly the human service every hotel should provide. "
