"Entire property dated. No Complimentary breakfast? Lei at Hotels.com assured me Complimentary breakfast, elevator and 3 floors, which they only have 1 floor. Vicky, in housekeeping texted me that 2 towels were missing and was charging us $20? When we did not take any towels. Why would we want, any old stained, tiny towels? We could not believe she would acuse us of such. We will be contacting their corporate office to make a formal complaint. We certainly did not appreciate that at all being accused of something we did not do. We also will be putting in a review on Google to let everyone know about our experience. Shame on them. Everything is ancient old from the inside of the room to the outside of the property."

"I only stayed over night. But I don't think I will come back because of their breakfast rules. I have to dogs that I travel with. And don't like the idea that we can't have breakfast in our room. So I had to spend more money for breakfast. It makes it easier for us to eat in our room because we have our dogs "
