"The experience overall was pleasant plus the location was great. When we walked in the room it was incredibly moist and smelled bad. There were hairs in the bathroom from a previous guest. They picked up garbage, fixed the bed and towels every day but no other cleaning other than that. The fridge was tiny and barely cooled. Overall, the property was nice and clean. The staff was very nice as well with the exception of a lady working the night shift the Saturday we stayed."

"We stayed for a weekend athletic event that was at Disney. This was a great location! We enjoyed the variety of dining options, pools, and I really enjoyed the fitness center. This would be a great location for family get aways. I loved that our room had laundry and a kitchenette. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"They gave away my room and put me in a smaller room. The floor was sticky, sheets were dirty, there were no blankets, the phone didn’t work and the safe didn’t work it took them 3 days and multiple trips to the desk to repair these issues. Staff was friendly, room appeared clean but was not, there was even old toothpaste from somebody else was stuck to the back of the bathroom door. Parking at the resort was an absolute nightmare. It got to the point we didn’t want to leave because we may or may not find a spot when we got back. You could hear everything through the walls. No privacy "

"We loved our stay in Melia Orlando. The rooms are spacious and had all the amenities we needed, the cleaners come every day and did an amazing job at keeping our room spotless. The hotel is in a great location, easy to find, and a perfect distance from all local attractions. The pool was perfectly clean with great shower and restroom facilities. No complaints!"
