Staff were fantastic, respectful, helpful and very kind. Customer Service Manager Vivien was very helpful, as were all other staff. Best location to stay as only 20 minutes from central Kuala Lumpur and easy reach to other points of interest. Grab Taxi's are also very cheap to use from this point.
