"The actual stay at the hotel was acceptable. What was unacceptable was the promised hotel transport by suttle from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport to the hotel. The shuttle I was promised was commandeered at the airport for airline staff, while my wife and I were shunted aside and made to wait some time, with all of our luggage, for another shuttle."

"Comfortable and cosy 3 bed condo . Well maintained and tidy. Has washer dryer which was extremely useful. Security team very helpful. Easy check in and good communication with the host . Check out was smooth. Lift is fast. Will definitely come-back in the futures "

"I book Signature bedroom view is amazing. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning is good. The view from the pool when sunset is very panoramic. Location is near to Abdullah Hukum LRT and KTM make our tour easy to go other attractions in kl. Also walkable to Midvalley and kl eco city. The property its self have breakfast serviced that can send to our room at the morning. Everything was good here.😍"

"Pros: very new and clean, good price, happy to be able to make tea and coffee, good water pressure in shower, good sized room and bed. Cons: reception staff could only speak Malay, did not like sink outside of bathroom with no counter space for toiletries, did not like purple LED light running along cupboards, hotel is with newly opened mall and car park right at the top levels with all levels of the car park looking unfinished, it’s not a nice first impression. "

"Great location, as it is located in Mid Valley City and has direct access to the shopping mall. Staffs of the hotel are great. However, a little more attention could be focused in housekeeping, as some items such as tissue boxes were not replenished during housekeeping. If not, I would highly recommend this property."
