The receptionist (maybe the owner) was friendly and explained clearly how to access the building, and especially emphasized not to park on Grande Place on Friday night so we wouldn't get towed! "We were there for day 1 of the tour and to look around Lille. Enjoyed the hotel - dinner in the restaurant was excellent, breakfasts were great and the room was comfortable and quiet. Its on the tramline and 20 mins to the centre- or 10 minutes uber . Coffee at breakfast wasn't great - but everything else was!"

"Very clean, lovely friendly staff (who all spoke English). Perfect location - just 5 min walk from main square and 5 min to Lille Europe Eurostar station. Delicious continental breakfast on a lovely rooftop and my 12 year old’s was free so only 13 Euros for us both!
