The staff were absolutely fantastic. Super helpful. Excellent, quiet location with great links to transport. Railway station for the airport is 5 mins walk and metro 2 mins walk across the square.
Excellent and well equipped room. Cool in a heatwave!

Clean and modern room and bathroom. Outstanding panoramic view of Milan overlooking Duomo that is only half a mile away. Same view during breakfast or dinner. Highly recommended.

The room was clean but quite tight for 2 people. The bathroom lacked amenities and there should be a handle on the shower wall not the bi-fold shower door. Shower could have used more light as well. If you brought a large suitcase, it would have been extremely difficult to have found space for it. Other hotels had staff that after bringing up luggage, stayed and explained various room functions which this hotel did not.
Front desk personnel and restaurant and bar staff were very professional.

"We were pleased with our decision to stay here. We had arrived from a long trip into Centrale Stazione, and so it was good to be staying within walking distance while being far enough from some of the social issues surrounding the station. Our room was very nice and the staff were friendly."
