We booked a two week stay for business colleagues from Australia, at check in we were told no room available and they had contacted Hotels.com cancelling the booking. I spoke to Hotels.com and this was not the case and the hotel had already been paid for the two week stay in advance of our check in - so their claim was a lie. "Séjour horrible! Même si le personnel semblait sympathique, l’état de l’auberge laisse à désirer. La chambre très mal entretenue puait (littéralement) à tel point que j’ai du dormir avec un masque et de l’huile de lavande. État de propreté discutable! J’ai dû demander un drap car seulement une couverture sans doute pas lavée après le passage des clients. Mon avion était dans l’après midi mais j’ai préféré partir le matin pour respirer à l’aéroport! Bref, personnellement, je ne remettrai plus...
