"Our 4 day stay in Sapa at this hotel was great! From the front desk staff especially Wendy she was fantastic AWESOME! If you needed help with anything at all she was there to help from trip plans or just everyday questions. The restaurant staff was also amazing very attentive to your food questions and wants. Food was amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Sapa in Vietnam. We will be back for another visit and we will definitely staying here. Safe Travel!"

"Wonderful breakfast with hot noodle like pho, congee, eggs, yogurt. Family room was nice and spacious and they are interconnecting rooms. Great for our family of 4. Nice view from breakfast area and the front. Nice lobby, decor, furniture. Walking distance into town. Free water and drinks in the minibar. Staff were helpful. Very happy that we stayed here during our trip to Sapa and would gladly return."

The design of the hotel is stunning—elegant, unique, and full of character, making you feel like you’re in a luxurious European palace right in the mountains of Sapa. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The facilities were top-notch, especially the indoor pool and the overall ambiance of the hotel. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore Sapa while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing environment. Overall, this hotel offers a truly memorable and luxurious experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa and would definitely stay here again! "

"Tons of lodging options in Sapa, but this is a great choice for the savvy traveler. Close to the action (the lake is just steps away) but on a quiet side street, conveniently located between the town center and the always-interesting Sapa Market. The morning breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty offerings, and the folks at the front desk went above and beyond to help with logistics, recommendations, tours, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"
