"Reception was excellent and helpful 24 dinning room staff on the ball no delays between courses bar prices were reasonable for area bedroom was well for amenities and free wi fi car park was really good just £6 a night and discounted for day time ie arrive sunday leave tuesday was just £12 would well recommend it if in that area brilliant. "An excellent hotel, the room was amazing, and we got upgraded to a larger room when the hotel heard it was our anniversary! Very clean and comfortable, and the hot tub on the balcony was a must have The spa facilities were fantastic, and the cocktail bar was lovely for food and sitting outside with a view The hotel was very close to bowness town centre and the lakshore, with a myriad of restaurants and bars to choose from! Wpuld really recomend porto for a date night, followed by cocktails in the hotel bar, which can be taken up to the room hot tub in a pastic cup"

"Overall, this was an excellent stay. We booked for a couple of nights so we could attend a family celebration locally and it was very handy and very comfortable. The setting is lovely and our apartment was excellent, having more facilities than we expected (dishwasher and washing machine) and possibly the biggest bathroom of any hotel room we have ever stayed in! The only (very minor niggle) was that the shower head dripped incessantly - even when we checked that it had been switched off properly, there was a drip. Apart from that, we we very happy and are considering coming back to make the most of a “proper” stay where we can explore the area better."

"Had a brilliant stay at the Imperial. Parked up a couple of hours early, no problem leaving the car, got checked in with a lovely lady who was on Reception and just had to pick up our key following an afternoon in Blackpool. The building is full of history and the bar and entertainment room were lovely, as was the room. Just as friendly on checkout as well and will look forward to returning!"
