"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. Staff were all really friendly, the food was excellent (had dinner one night as well as breakfast everyday) and the pool, hot tub, games room etc. were all excellent. The room was clean and well specced out. Nice balcony overlooking the mountains and aircon was bliss. Definitely keen to return asap!"
