Keeping the window open is impossible as the room is on a very noisy street (the hotel offers ear plugs!). The entrance code wasn’t always working and the main entrance of the hotel was very hard to open. Overall, not a great experience. "

"Great location just 5 minutes walk from station and an easy 20 minute walk to the centre of city (Marienplatz). Free coffee/tea and water in lobby. If you opt out of a room clean you get a voucher for 10 € to spend on drinks or snacks at reception. Room very comfortable and clean, small bathroom but clean and functional. Lovely staff. If taking a fairytale castle tour (recommended - Gray Line) or a bike tour (fat tire) then the meeting point for these tours is just 10 minutes walk from hotel at Karlsplatz, so very convenient. If using google maps note there are 2 kings hotels round the corner from each other, this one is CENTER! Would recommend. "
