Lanikai Beach

This is our second time staying at the Luana Waikiki hotel. The kitchenette is very helpful and makes things easier for us to save money and prepare/eat meals. We enjoyed eating our meals out on the balcony — our favorite place with an ocean view (14th floor). The staff were so friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave four stars is because we were surprised by the way our fitted sheet for our bed — it didn’t cover to the full wraparound. As a result, our fitted sheet would shrink and expose the mattress pad which had some soiled spots. Unpleasant to see. We told housekeeping but due to their three day cleanup rule, we already checked out on the fourth day. That’s the only disappointment we experienced.

An amazing experience at the Halekulani. Everything was beyond my expectations. Including food, service, cleanliness, decor, etc. I would definitely come back again! Thank you to everyone at the resort for making our trip five stars.
