"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for a wedding in Bordeaux. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were basic but very clean and the breakfast was very good. Highly recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel that is clean with excellent customer care."

"Pleasant hotel but, sadly, not the standard you would expect from a 4 * hotel. Our superior room had a bathroom door that was completely rotted and although this was pointed out to the staff they did nothing about it. The bathroom also had a smell and chipped tiles. We had 2 meals at dinner and the food was excellent! Handy location for the airport which was not too far away. Although it was situated in a not particularly attractive area the car park was locked and monitored so your car was safe."

"Booked one night for Rugby event at nearby stadium. Hotel just off main road two minutes walk from tram 20 mins to centre on tram line C. The area has numerous hotels but not alot else, couple of restaurants not the best area but was convenient for event. All the hotels have gated access to car parks and hotel. Unfortunately our main issue with hotel was gaining access to hotel. Buzzer on gate to get in did not seem to get a response from reception . When we given code to gate it didn't work. Ended up having to keep phoning reception and wait. Check in and staff were friendly, attentive and couldn't do enough. The room was light and clean. Beds were comfy. Would stay again."

"Hotel very handy for the tram and the Stade Atlantique. Room large and clean, but no fridge, and toilet separate to bathroom and without a basin. Decor nicely done in mid-century modern, to match the building's age. Breakfast could have been slightly better organised and staffed. Gym area had a few cardio machines and small dumbbells, and the swimming pool (outdoor, opened the day we arrived) was accessed via a narrow walkway on the outside of the 1st floor so I didn't bother looking! The area is just hotels and restaurants, and the conference centre. I can't imagine a similar place in the UK without a convenience store of some kind but there wasn't anything close by. "

"Petit déjeuner pris vers 9h avec les enfants, il y avait plus rien à disposition. La personne n'avait pas l'air pressé pour compléter le menu. On a attendu 30min pour manger avec des enfants en bas âge c'est trop long... En plus la compote était avariée et le bol de fromage blanc était sal tout autour. Une honte."
