"The room was really clean but the first morning they started doing construction in one of the rooms at6:30 am. It was just one day but it was annoying. We had breakfast at Luxor and it was delicious. I did some shopping and staff at the stores were great. I didn’t like the non contact checking in since you search for your reservation and then have to wait for a text de they can give you the key cards. Checking out was very smoothly and quickly.overall I will stain the same hotel"

"Housekeeping was a disaster. Felt very nicked and dimed. Not even complementary coffee in the room. Everything is super expensive from food and alcohol down to table minimums. Most of the chairs at the pool had to be reserved for a fee of course. There were very few pool chairs that did not require a fee payment. I’m not exactly certain what you get for the resort fee."
