Went with my kids and had a great experience. Breakfast was great, parking was easy, close to everything and entertainment for kids and adults. Definitely returning to this hotel!
Nice new hotel across from the World Market Center buildings. The immediate area is nice, then you get into the sketchy old downtown. If you're here for Market it's great- right across the street. The room was clean and spacious and had simple controls and an actual door on the bathroom. Would stay here again.
Great hotel! The vinyl flooring in the room could have been cleaner, but that’s my only complaint. The breakfast entree was cooked in front of you, for free!
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, free night time beer and wine from 5-6:30. Hot tea at night. It was a great experience. 35 per night for parking though.
Great stay. Receptionist helped me through 2 rooms with major problems and got me to a room that was excellent. Best part of stay was wonderful lady that cooked the best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel and I’ve had breakfast at a lot of hotels. Sorry I didn’t get her name but she is truly a great chef.
Breakfast was fantastic
Room was very clean and nice, however the TV set up was a bit odd as neither the couch nor bed faced it.
Parking is in an unattached structure
The room was nice and clean no problems there.
The parking on the other hand was an inconvenience it would’ve been nice if they let us know how to go about parking and paying. They didn’t let us know anything about the $35 dollar fee the hotel charges vs the City of LV parking charges. Very confusing and they need to let people know they offer that $35 dollar parking pass for unlimited access instead of having people pay the hourly or the $10 charge every time you leave the parking garage.
The room was modern, very clean, included pots and pans for cooking which saved me loads of money on expensive Vegas restaurants. The staff was accommodating, pleasant and provided great customer service. I will definitely return.
We had an amazing stay!..Hotel is clean and staffs are very responsive especially the Filipina receptionists in the lobby. Kitchen staffs really worked so hard. I just recommend that they come up with a better system to improve how they serve breakfast in terms of breakfast items and availability. Otherwise, everything is perfect!..Will definitely recommend this new hotel♥️
If I had to sum it up in one word — terrible.
If I go into detail, I was looking for a place for myself and my husband where we could get good service after a long, exhausting day.
We arrived for check-in almost at midnight.
I asked about parking. The girl at the front desk said parking was $40, but that she could give us a voucher for $35. Why confuse guests when the website clearly states $35?
I asked about breakfast — she said breakfast was not included and had to be paid separately at $25 per person, even though during booking it was clearly stated that breakfast was included.
Paid internet is another story altogether — the first time I’ve ever encountered this in a hotel. And if you need higher speed for gaming, please be kind enough to pay an extra $30+.
Fine.
She gave us the key and pointed us toward the elevator. We got to the correct floor, but there was no sign showing the direction to our room. I had to go back down and ask where our room was. She then pointed in a completely different direction, where there turned out to be another elevator.
We entered the room, turned on the lights, and saw that the floor was completely dirty. The cups and plates were dirty, there was someone else’s hair all over the floor, the bed I specifically chose as king size turned out to be a queen.
The heater was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep. We had to turn it on to warm up the room, then turn it off again — and repeat this all night because the room was cold.
