There was no microwave not lounge to use to heat food. There was no refrigerator. The checkin and check out was great. When I called house keeping for towels, they came immediately. The location is amazing. You are steps away from the city bus and the big bus if you want to travel. The food at view lounge was amazing and I did like that you had to have a card to get to your room on the elevator. Just for extra security.

The staff was extremely rude diluting checkin and checkout . The room was downgraded to an older model because the hotel overbooks and reservations don't guarantee a room. When I was finally put in the right room the sink was clogged and house keeping never came because we were in the room and she assumed we didn't want cleaning even though there was no sign on the door or attempt made to clean up. I would never stay here again it's a low class hotel in a ruff area with trash service and accommodations

I was not satisfied with my stay. The check-in experience was disappointing. The front desk convinced me to pay an additional $150 USD for a room upgrade, but it was never clear what the upgrade actually included. The room was small, very basic, and offered nothing different from what I had originally booked. During the three days I stayed, I repeatedly requested shampoo and conditioner, and they never arrived. Additionally, the room was in poor condition. The bathroom door was extremely noisy — it sounded like the entire hotel could hear it. Overall, this was not a good experience and did not meet my expectations.
