"Nice helpful launderette man nearby since the property’s laundry is very small , dryers don’t work well but seems to be the way in the UK for the small dryers? Nice pub nearby . And 8 minute walk to dining , grocery, shopping and train and bus . Our kitchen was very very small. Has cutesy sayings where a hook or a shelf would be more useful. Staff helpful, brought fan and extra hangers. "

"Horrific conditions, can’t believe they let students stay there. Mould, grime and the most uncomfortable bed we’d ever slept on (like a cardboard box). Don’t stay here. We’d booked two night and checked out early after one. I’ve been trying to contact since to arrange a refund for the unstayed night but no answer and no way of contacting. "Good place to stay. Staff could have been more friendly and informative, but awesome place to stay. Take bus 111 to Heathrow for 2 pounds instead of 14 pound direct bus. Same thing and only takes a few minutes. From Heathrow, you can take the tube downtown and then take the 111 back to the hotel. That’s the most cost efficient way to travel to and from the hotel. An uber from the last tube station was around 17 pounds as there is no direct route and there is no bus directly from the tube station. Take the tube to Heathrow, then go to the bus station at the airport. From there, take bus 111 for around 2 pounds. "
